Project Overview
Firat Projects served as EPC contractor for Green Lade, a mixed-use complex combining residential towers, office podium, and lifestyle/retail. As single-point partner, we integrated design development, procurement, construction, and commissioning to deliver a coordinated asset with efficient operations and high-quality public realm.
EPC Scope of Work
Design management & engineering (architecture/structure/MEP coordination, value engineering, BIM-ready interfaces)
Procurement of façade systems, MEP plant, elevators, life-safety, and finish packages; vendor QA and logistics
Construction & installation: superstructure, façade, MEP, vertical transportation, interior fit-out, site works & plaza
Testing, commissioning, & handover with O&M documentation and training
